Careers at Paterson Bushfire Defence
At Paterson Bushfire Defence, we’re not looking for just anyone who can turn a spanner. We’re looking for good people who take pride in their work, care about customers, and want to be part of a team that does things properly.
We’re a family-backed business with deep roots and a modern approach. Our work is predominantly residential, high-quality, and customer-focused. That means attention to detail, respect for people’s homes, and a genuine commitment to doing the job right the first time.
This role is for you if you:
- Take pride in clean, professional workmanship
- Communicate well and treat customers with respect
- Are reliable, motivated, and accountable
- Want long-term stability, growth, and a positive team culture
- Care about learning, improving, and being proud of the name on the van
If you’re the kind of person who values quality over shortcuts and wants to build a solid future with a reputable company, we’d love to hear from you.
Upload your resume and cover letter and tell us a bit about yourself.
