We had Nathan come out and inspect a suspected shower floor seal leak and pipe hammering throughout the home. He started with comprehensive testing of all areas of concern. He then explained a whole bunch to us about how our system is working and where it's weak points are, and offered us a solution to reduce our 'extreme high' water pressure and to help the longevity of our system. Nathan was full of quality and clear information and was super helpful and prompt. Will be recommending these guys! BEST TRADIE! 10/10

This is my 2nd positive review of Jayden and his work. The flow from the hot water system in my roof was dropping off. I rang Jayden about 4pm Thurs not being sure if it was something he could help with. He said it was and he could be out at 7:30 next morning. Bit after 7 I got sms and tracking link showing he was on his way. He arrived on time. After climbing into the roof he explained the problem and quoted the fix. Then phoned around to find the replacement part and arranged for his off-siders, on another job, to get the part and install it. Zac and Koby arrived at 10am, again after letting me know they were on the way. Finished by about 10:50. I have complete confidence in Jayden's Paterson professionalism.

Great experience. Knowledgeable and efficient service at a good price. Thank you

Removed and replaced an aging evaporative aircon minimum fuss and maximum efficiency. Nathan, Zak and Koby are a great team. Friendly and courteous as well as respectful. They explained everything as the job progressed. I endorse and recommend PATERSONS

Exceptional service! Nathan came out to provide a quote and install our new toilet. He was professional, punctual, and more than happy to answer any questions we had. The work was completed to a high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy. Thank you for making the whole process so easy and stress-free. Will be getting them back to service our aircon before summer!

Had Nathan and Koby fix some piping issues and replace shower hardware. Great communication and work.

Nathan & Koby were very thorough polite and efficient. Top notch firm and plumbers on site

Very good service very happy koby and nathan did excellent work

Great service after calling for a free quote Nathan attended and performed an inspection with his pipe camera of not only of my sewage issue but all of the surrounding pipes including my stormwater. This was beneficial prior to me cementing my driveway. I was given 3 different options and a written quotation after accepting one of the options the next working day Nathan and Kobe completed the work to my satisfaction.

Breezair evap air conditioner serviced and worn parts replaced, unit cleaned and now ready for the heatwave !! The quote was transparent gave us options and the service provided by Nathan, Zac and Koby was first class. No hesitation in recommending this firm to anyone needing air cond services.
