We have engaged Patterson Plumbing Solutions on three separate occasions now. Two for Plumbing and another for Air Conditioning Services.
1) We had our air conditioner serviced in July by Joey and Nathan.
Again, excellent communication re: arrival times etc. Very professional interaction from both Joey and Nathan. Very thorough and proficient with their work and went above and beyond to help to reset our Air Touch System.
2)We had an emergency situation when our hot water service broke down suddenly. We called Jayden and he was very eager to help. I called on a Wed morning at 7.30am and he arrived promptly at 10am to inspect the system. Obviously, he squeezed us in in between his busy schedule. He checked to see if there could be a quick fix but unfortunately that was not the case. He then installed a temporary system to get us through. The next day Nathan and Cody installed our new hot water service. Nathan and Cody conducted themselves in a very personable and professional manner. Again, very professional prompt service. Would highly recommend Jayden and his team.

I would highly recommend Paterson Plumbing. I had an issue with blocked drains and Jayden was here the same day I rang to give me a quote. Nathan and Koby did an amazing job fixing the problem and Nathan removed my old toilets and installed new ones. His attention to detail is outstanding. Can’t thank them all enough. Definitely give them a call if you want quality plumbing work done.

Fantastic experience with these guys, they were professional and did a great job. Had them come out to inspect all the plumbing in my property, Jayden was thorough and explained everything really well. Glad I got the inspection done as he found a massive split in my sewer line. He explained all my options and gave me a very reasonable quote to get it fixed. If I left it too much longer I'd be out thousands more than what it cost me. Overall I'm very happy I contacted them, great company to deal with!

He went beyond and answered a few other plumbing related questions while he was there. Most helpful. Nathan came to do the job as agreed on time, even messaging when he was on the way. Job was completed quickly, efficiently, professionally finished with mess cleaned up and rubbish taken away. Will use them again. Thanks guys for a good experience.

Nathan did a very good job on both the shower & installing the new stove top. Polite & knew his job.

Prompt response when I made contact and Jayden was able to attend quickly. Regular updates on attendance and provided understanding of what he thought was the cause and what action was to occur prior to starting.
